In the first quarter of 2025, the performance of the top medical apps on the iOS platform in Bulgaria showcased varied trends in downloads and active users. Here’s a closer look at how these apps fared during this period, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Healee from Eight Investments Ltd maintained a consistent download pattern. Starting with 285 downloads at the beginning of the quarter, the app saw a peak of 548 downloads in early February, with a slight decrease towards the end of March, ending at 348 downloads. The app's weekly active users showed a steady increase from 8.7K to nearly 9.5K by the end of the quarter.

B-Assist experienced fluctuations in downloads. Beginning at 378 downloads, the numbers dropped to 178 by late March, with occasional peaks such as 320 downloads in early February.

Benefit Assistant demonstrated a decline in weekly downloads over the quarter. Starting at 225 downloads, the numbers decreased to a low of 88 in late March, before slightly recovering to 156 downloads at the end of the quarter.
